Hello!
Lots to tell you about this month, so I'll get cracking!
Firstly, to celebrate Valentine's Day, my latest domestic thriller, The Promise You Made, is on a Kindle Countdown Deal for the next couple of days.
The book, described by the queen of domestic noir Jackie Kabler as 'a great, twisty little tale... with the perfect finale' is just 99p/99c to download until Thursday.
Just click on these links to download your copy.
And if you've read the book already, please share the love and tell a thriller-loving friend.
Those of you who prefer to listen to an audiobook will be pleased to know that the fabulously talented narrator Fiona Mitchell has finished recording The Promise You Made, so the audiobook should be out very soon.
I'll let you know as soon as I have a publication date.
As you might remember, I started 2022 full of plans and resolutions.
These included doing ten minutes of yoga a day, signing up for a 10k run, and booking a few trips, including a week in the Lake District and a cycle ride the length of Hadrian's Wall.
The yoga is going well, and although I can't touch my toes just yet, I am sure it's doing me good. Namaste!
I have signed up for a 10k at the end of March, so I've been ramping up my training in preparation, and am now running three times a week, including a 5.5 miler for my weekly long run. As part of the 10k training, I did the Whitstable Parkrun last Saturday, knocking a whole minute and a half of my previous personal best, so I was dead chuffed with that!
We have booked a week's holiday in the Lake District in the summer, but haven't done anything about the cycle ride along Hadrian's Wall. But I have blown the cobwebs off my bike and have been using it for trips into town instead of taking the car, so that's something at least.
How are your New Year's Resolutions faring?
In other news:
